When you submit an application for the Be Sharp Piano Competition, we collect the personal information you provide, including your full name, email address, age, date of birth, teacher’s name, teacher’s email address, phone number, name’s of duet partners, selected competitions and repertoire. We use this information to contact you and to process your application. We may also use it to provide you with updates regarding the competition and our other services.

Collecting Financial Information

When you submit an application to the Be Sharp Piano Competition, you may be asked to provide financial information. This may include credit card information. We use this information to process payments, verify identity and prevent fraudulent activity. We do not store your credit/debit card details. We use a third-party payment processor to process payments, namely Stripe.

Data Retention
